Raw Material Arrival
Receipt of sheet metal coils / sheets as per customer specification
MTC Verification
Mill Test Certificate (MTC) reviewed to confirm grade, thickness, and chemical composition compliance
Incoming Inspection
Visual and dimensional inspection of raw material for surface defects, thickness, and flatness
Die & Tool Preparation
Die setting, alignment, and trial runs carried out to ensure dimensional accuracy and repeatability
Power Press Operations
Sheet metal formed using mechanical / hydraulic power presses as per engineering drawings (Stamping / Blanking / Piercing / Forming)
In-Process Inspection
Periodic checks during press operations to ensure dimensional and visual conformity
Secondary Processing
Operations such as bending, forming, leveling, or straightening as required
Grinding / Deburring
Removal of sharp edges, burrs, and surface irregularities for safety and finish quality
Drilling & Tapping
Hole drilling and threading performed as per drawing specifications
Shot Blast / Vibro Finishing
Surface treatment to improve cleanliness, uniformity, and coating adhesion
Surface Coating (If Required)
Powder Coating for corrosion resistance and aesthetics, or Zinc Plating for rust protection
QC & Final Inspection
Final dimensional, visual, and functional inspection ensuring full compliance with customer requirements
